Account data: name, email address and information provided when signing in (with Google or by email).

Service usage data: analyzed websites, queries, generated content, connection logs and technical data (IP address, browser type).

Billing data: handled by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.

Providing and operating the service, managing your account and authentication (performance of the contract).

Ensuring security, preventing fraud and improving the service (legitimate interest).

Sending you service-related emails and, with your consent, marketing communications (consent).

Recipients and processors

Your data is accessible to our authorized staff and our technical processors, which act only on our instructions:

• Proxy and CDN: Cloudflare
• Authentication: Google
• Payment: Stripe
• Artificial intelligence: AWS Bedrock, Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI (ChatGPT)

Retention period

Your data is retained for the duration of your account, then deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time after its closure, unless a legal retention obligation applies (in particular accounting).

Transfers outside the European Union

Some processors may process data outside the European Union. In that case, such transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights
